Great shoe - I love the Dansko Lolita. Very well-made and
extremely comfortable shoe. Could use more arch support for
people who pronate. Some of the other sandals have better arch
support. Two pair of Dansko Lolita - Last year 2005 I bought a
pair of Lolita shoes at Nordstrom. They were so comfortable
that I wore them all the time. This year when I went to
Nordstrom to buy another pair they did carry them but only in
black and green. I wanted tan. When I checked out your website
and saw that they were available in denim also I decided to
get two pair.
Very satisfied - This was my first order through Zappos and my
first pair of Dansko's. I've been a victim of fashion for
years and my feet have suffered through many pairs of "cute",
but very uncomfortable shoes. These shoes are a lifesaver.
They are extremely comfortable, stylish, and great quality
(the leather they used on the footbed is incredibly soft). As
for sizing, I was afraid they would fit a little too big since
I have narrow feet. Also, I did not order a size down as
suggested on the website. I am normally a 7.5 or 8 (mostly 8).
I ordered a 38 and they fit perfectly! Also, I am very fair
skinned and didn't want to order a darker color. So I ordered
the Honey and the color looks great! It matches virtually
everything in my closet. My experience with Zappos exceeded
all of my expectations. I received my shoes in 4 days, and
they honored their price protection policy when I found the
shoes on sale elsewhere. The customer service over the phone
was quick, friendly, and helpful. What more can you ask for?
Would highly recommend both these sandals and ordering through
Zappos! One more thing, I was reluctant about the price (I've
never spent this much on a shoe before!), but from what I can
tell, they are worth the price. |
